Hi, I'm Kyle.

I design digital products and services that are simple and easy to use.

I have over 10 years experience working as a UX designer & researcher in both agency and client-side roles. I combine UX research & design methodologies to create products that both meet business objectives and genuine user needs.

What I do

I believe the key to good design is to create a solution that works for both the business and end-users, simultaneously. I do this by asking lots of questions to understand what people really care about and taking the whole context into consideration, before defining a solution.

I am a skilled researcher and designer with experience working in a variety of different sectors including retail, finance and healthcare. Some skills I've picked up along the way include: depth interviews, sketching, journey mapping, information architecture, detailed wireframing, design studio workshops, stakeholder alignment workshops, prototyping and usability testing.
